Basic rooms, amenities are average not maintained well, AC remote not working properly. Overall very very basic.

Excellent test, state, good service, nice view, eco-friendly and budget friendly as well

The room didn’t have properly functioning television, also the intercom to connect to the reception and kitchen wasn’t working properly, There were frequent power cuts as well.

A calm very beautiful place . cool in summers as well. Many games to play for children. lush green environment

very close to nature. well maintained property. butterfly fishes birds green fresh air what not. All natural. not far away from the city. in the midst of nature. calm n peaceful place. tasty kitchen, friendly staff. when should experience the beautiful morning walk here. there are some activities for kids. pedal boating was not woking at present. well maintained swimming pool including baby pool. very good place for nature lovers.

Due to unavoidable conditions i didn't went for the location and i can't able to cancel the booking in time

Great place. Quiet, clean and serene. 10-15 km from belgavi. The pool is nice and big. Property is beautiful. Staff is less but helpful. The food menu is limited but the food was tasty (little overpriced. Stay is worth the money. The surprise was that there are a couple of great hornbill nests.

Disappointed with over all treatment. We were asked to check out early even before we entered our room. Room was clean except the carpets. Food was good, but not all the items in the menu were available.
