Dnt book suit room, no exhaust in room, over all good experience, good for one night stay. Good location

i m very unhappy with white House Indore hotel, on MakeMyTrip it's showing 24hr chk but hotel refuses for 24hr chk out. hotel from inside dull and looking very old, they didn't give toot brush, and other morning accessory .

It was horrible experience i face in my 37 years of my life bed was not good. Acc was not working washroom was like sulabh room was seen one nd got one. Terrible experience wqt i faced suggest u to dont go for this hotel my personal view. Ty

I have already requested early check-in but staff denied to provide the same. And later provide the room but they have charged extra cost for the same (500 inr for 3 hrs)

1) good facility of lift which is good for senior citizens, pregnant ladies and all tired customers having long trip 2)food was with standard menu having delicious taste 3) rooms and whole premises were cleaned and hygienically maintained 4) staff was very polite, cooperaive and trained wanted to stay after 2 days but it was fully booked really we would like to stay at this place again

It's has a very good stay experience with white house hotel the service is also good. Mainly have seen that corporate booking is higher

We asked for water at night by calling room service, but they didn't provided. It was too horrible in this summer, kids were struggling without drinking water.

It is good hotel but it has improve better customer service and hospitality. Better improvement in bathroom facilities

Hotel reception is not perfect and ac is not proper and hot water is supplied. Improvement is required. Improvement shd be done at reception and above area's.

Ac was not working. Behaviour of hotel reception and service staff was not good. Bathrooms were not clean. Quality of linens cleanliness was poor. Breakfast was with very limited (only 2) options. No milk, no bread toast, no corn flakes. The quality of options (paratha and poha) kept in breakfast was also not good. In totality it was a very bad experience.
