Hotel Taj Khema Agra

very bad service, very bad amenities, you can say almost no amenities, very very dirty, very very unsafe, windows don't close. Boys roaming working near windows are very scary for any women. food is worst, dining space is very very dirty. over all the property is dirty, unsafe, zero service.

I had a terrible experience during my stay at this hotel. There were no staff members available to assist, and the rooms were untidy with unclean bedsheets. Room service was extremely slow — I ordered food, and it took almost 1.5 hours to be delivered. When it finally arrived, the food quality was very poor. The hotel also had no cleaning staff available, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Definitely not worth the price. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or pleasant stay.

Though the property's location is unmatchable ; food is below the mark and the same is applicable to amenities.

There is no hot water and room maintenance it’s very bad experience for us and smell is very bad in the room surveillance

Location excellent. Room maintenance is horrible. Room service boys are good, well behaved. Up tourism - mgmt. One and only interest to give booking for part only. Marriage etc. They are not at all bothered to keep the rooms clean and maintenance. Time will come, no tourist will visit, if the same way it is managed. Six year back, stayed the same hotel that time it was so so for staying. Now it's worst.

2. The stay at hotel taj khema was terrible. The room was not cleaned at all, the lizards were roaming around. The bedsheet were not clean. No complementary water bottle. The toilet and bathroom few fittings were missing and few were not working. No ac remote, tv was not functional. Many more list of issues.

They provided a small room under repairing .No services are available.No intercom.They don't pick the phone number provided. In the cold night you have to move out in search of food.Morning no tea.No electric kettle provided.Horrible experience.

Location was awesome but chef was not good due to which food quality was not upto the mark.

Only the location is great. Rooms are not maintained, basic amenities like toiletries are also missing. Geyser is not working. Toilet's condition is horrible. Foods are average. No intercom even charging points are also not there. Bed linens are not up to the mark.

Hotel taj khema location was nice, but rooms were not cleaned properly & facilities was poor.

This is my third visit to taj khema. My previous 2 visits were great that's why i booked this time too. But when i arrived it was shocking to see the state in which the rooms are. Horrible condition of the rooms. All walls are having seelan leakages. All taps, door handles and pipes were horribly painted with silver paint which were wet and was sticking to our hands and clothes. Smelly rooms and stained bedsheets. the irresponsible incharge of the hotel. Even the tea we ordered was just black water pathetic. Threw the tea else he would have served the same tea to another customer.

1. No one from hotel answers phone calls. 2. Room ac not working 3. Car parking away from hotel not informed to me. Left stranded on the road for 45 mins with luggage 4. Took 45 mins to even send a bottle of water 5. Despite being state run unit, asked for only cash payment.

While the property looks superb from the outside, who knew what nightmare awaited us. The rooms in the property are right at the rear end of the boundary. The initial room that was allotted to me, had the ac malfunctioning. Let aside the size of the room which was barely enough to fit in a bed. However, we were given an alternate room. The room had paints peeling off from the roof due to wetness (probably water sipping in. There wasn't any functioning intercom which restricted all sorts of communication with the front desk. When informed, i was told that they can't help. In case of any need, i will have to walk all the way upto the reception to inform them. To add to that the scarce availability of manpower for servicing the clients. So overall, the stay was a nightmare to say the least!

Very good place near to taj. Just close to agra market

Very well located property which is walking distance from the eastern gate entry of taj. There is a small hillock with great views of taj. Rooms are shabby and service is sarkari, but if it's the taj you are interested in, place is fantastic. There is no car parking here. You need to park at public parking and take the electric vehicles

My rating is terrible, i. E, 1. I couldn't stay in taj khema. They provided me a very dark, damped room. The whole bathroom got earthed from the heater and my wife has suffered from a terrible electric shock in bathroom. I asked to change the room. But the other room was in same condition. So within 30 mins of check in, i had to check out for my security purpose. Moreover, i didn't get any refund from them. I had to arrange my stay in another hotel. This type of mishappening was not expected from make my trip also. Please arrange my refund. I am planning to take help from consumer care court.

Bad experience pot of trouble we face
