Good average // location was fine// small room but affordable

nice to stay with you room are good better to give water as a compliment you have to buy drinking water

First of all they delayed our room checkin by saying unwanted matters after that they had given us a tiny conjusted room

Mumbai air port ke najdik hone ke karn bahut hi achhe location pe hai saf safai bhi thik hai.stof bhi achee hai mai is hotel se khus hu.

Lot of mosquitos were there without mosquito killer machine. Room was not ready when we reached there.

average budget stay better to remind them about booking so that they make sure rooms are vacant.I faced problems in getting all rooms while checking in as they were not ready.Locality is also average

Cleanliness was there, but service can be improved, out of 3 days stay only once water was provided towel we need to keep on asking Also you will get smoke of person smoking in next to your room !

was allotted a very small room next to the reception that was undergoing demolition and renovation. Constant hammering and drilling kind of noise made it impossible to stay in the room. Instead of staying overnight, we vacated the room within a few hours the same day. Talking of positives, the TV was working, the toilet was clean. However, the surroundings are not really clean.

Room had a bad smell; staff were unfriendly. Overall, a disappointing experience. Would not return again for this hotel.

It was amazing stay at Sai residency and location is at Saki Naka metro station which is very closed good staff and hygiene rooms

Rooms are very small. Staff behaviour average. No individual parking space available. Not recommended for people with big cars

The hotel check in experience was smooth. The wash rooms were well equipped with state of the art sanitary ware. The rooms had good air conditioners and free wifi as promised. The only downside being the rooms were a bit cramped in size.
