nice hotel, Room clean, Good staff, nice view balcony, luxurious space like home , reception person so nice

AC is not working properly. Not so comfortable to stay with family. Don't do with photos displayed in the profile

Due to non booking confirmation from MakeMyTrip to the owner of the property on time, it made me to wait at the property for 40 mints. There was no breakfast provided at the property and even had to pay for water bottle.

Not a good hotel, no parking space, rooms not clean, washrooms not clean. . .

Ac is not working properly and mobile network is also not available in that hotel. I ask manager to change my room but he denied

No room service, tv is there without subscription, hot water you get only 1. 5 ltr, you have to wait for another 3-5 minutes, over all its not worth paying, the only thing good is cleanliness

Property located in interior area. Surroundings not suitable for family stay. No foods services on the please that it is lean period and not a season. Staff behaviour is rude and once the payment is received they take the guest as graunted. Booked two rooms online but none of the rooms had complete services - either mirror was missing or ac was not working. None of the tv working. Wardrobe in both rooms were broken. Washrooms too shabby. Just waited for the morning and left at 6. 00 am

Worst experience. 1. The location in Google map is tagged to some PG Hostel though the hotel was closeby but I had to still search 2. TV was not working bcoz the set top box had to be recharged 3. The power connection in the bathroom, geyser & AC keeps tripping frequently 4. The bedsheet was very unhygienic 5. The room itself was unhygienic with sticky floor 6. The mattresses were pathetic 7. No complimentary breakfast OYO should cancel it's tieup

I was not given the accommodation and inspite of reaching out to your support, makemytrip was helpless as well. I had to search for a different accommodation in the night with my parents and kids in an unknown city. What a miserable experience.

Our stay was excellent and enjoyable. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping everything clean.
