The stay was pleasant and the room comfortable but for the high level of step to enter the bathroom. This makes elderly and arthritic persons accessibility nearly impossible. Consider lowering or provide a half a foot stool to step on and enter the bathroom.

I had a great experience staying at Hotel Grand Galaxy. The hotel team was extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was comfortable and the toilets were very clean, which made my stay pleasant and hassle-free. The breakfast spread was decent with a good variety to choose from, which I really appreciated. One of the highlights was the helpfulness of the staff — they even agreed to store my luggage safely at the premises for a few hours while I finished my work in the city. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Grand Galaxy to anyone visiting T Nagar, Chennai. Great service, clean and comfy rooms, and a supportive team make it an excellent place to stay.

The sheets were clean. One of the towels had dirt on it but the other was clean. The bathroom was extremely clean. The reception person was extremely helpful. Breakfast is buffet. Veg. But satisfactory. Overall clean and tidy hotel. I will most probably make this my permanent hotel stay for all my visit to chennai. Early checkin or late check out is 200 for every hour

businessMy stay was for 3 days. 2days hotel lift was not working. Had to use the stairs to 2nd floor. Food menu was very limited to only 5 items. Staffs are poliet and courteous.

Without any prior notice, the water supply was suddenly suspended, when bathing and resumed after few mins, that too was very dirty for few more mins. It was terrible.
