1. Towels were not given. 2. Soap and shampoo was not given. 3. Room was not dried at the time of check out. 4. Room service was poor. 5. When asked for extra for pillow it was supplied after few arguments.

Hotel room is Good, but service quality was very bad. 1. They turn off the AC in the every early morning (4/5am) without informing. 2. We ordered tea at the hotel, but we received it 1 hour later.

To much cockroaches not clean properly. Washroom not cleaned leakage of tap. Bedsheets are in very dirty condition.

This place was almost close to new Delhi railway station and the behaviour of every staff members were good and the food was also excellent.The room services were also good ...we got their help whenever needed...we loved it staying there.

There was no latch in the bathroom door,The hotel owner drinks a lot of alcohol at night, If someone is watching my review then he should not prefer this hotel.

Very Bad location, I have Booked Deluxe Ac room however they have provided normal room , Ac was damaged, location is Very terrible place , Toto also deniy for coming.

Rooms are excellent. Toilets are cleaned. AC, Geyser and TV both are functional. Room service are fast and polite. Behavior of staff are also humble. Very near to IGI T3 terminal. Food quality are very good

The reception staff was very polite and helpful, gave me early check in also helped me with the ticket booking, room was neat and clean

This place not good for family and couples. Worst place to go. Hygiene issue. Rooms are smelling. Hotel surroundings not good for family. Plus even u can't take your can to the hotel. Lane are too small. No hotel boy to help. With address and carry luggage. One of the worst experiences till date.

This hotel is an excellent choice as the room was clean, room service was very good and the behaviour of the staff were very good.
