Location is okay. There is scope for improvement in food. Amenities & Services are average. Parking was a challenge.

The hotel is located in a peaceful and quiet area, just on the outskirts of the city. It’s ideal for those seeking a calm and relaxing stay without any disturbances or noise. However, restaurants and shops are not nearby — the closest options are around 2 km away. You can either order from the in-house menu or use food delivery apps like Swiggy or Zomato. As for the homestay itself, the rooms were spacious and clean. Amenities included an induction stove, refrigerator, TV, tea-making utensils, and cups. There was also a sofa and dining area, just as shown in the photos. A common parking area is available as well. Cons: • The blankets and towels provided were thin, small, and appeared unclean. • The geyser was inconsistent — it worked sometimes and didn’t at other times. It’s better to check with the staff beforehand. • Basic toiletries like soap and toothpaste were provided, but no shampoo or toothbrush was available. Overall Rating from our side: 3.75/5

The stay was really comfortable. The property was fully clean and the caretaker was so supportive. I highly recommend it.

The location is near to Raja's Seat. The rooms are good, clean with basic amenities.They have kettle, water, tea and cofee satchets but there should be milk powder too.The breakfast is tasty but it should have 2/3 options. The spice garden tour arranged was very good.The caretaker is a very good fellow. He spared a lot of time for us without making any haste though his newborn baby was very serious and he wanted to take the baby to Banglore . So overall a nice experience.

Good stay, breakfast could have been better. The stay is located away from the city not very far tho. Good for a group.

The homestay is located close to some of the tourist destinations. The rooms are decent-sized. However, one of the washrooms didn't flush properly, the bedsheets were not fresh and the place has an overall light damp stench throughout. These things are easily fixable and it would have been great if the caretaker had helped fix these things when mentioned.

Stay was very welcoming, we had a good time spending at cozynest, i highly recommend it to others, thank you cozy-nest and the host for making it easy for us.

Rooms were clean. Location is also near sightseeing places. Kitchen amenities were available. Overall good experience.

We couldn't use one of the attached bathrooms because of drainage smell, which was unpleasant. Apart from this issue, we had a comfortable stay. Spacious property for a family. Good breakfast and value for money.

Corrected english: this homestay is ideal if you book two or three rooms. There are two adjacent flats: one is a 2bhk, and the other is a 1bhk. The stay features a spacious kitchen, dining area, and living room. It includes basic amenities such as an induction oven, fridge, and dishes. The neighborhood is quiet, and home delivery is available. It is not very far from the city. The rooms and washrooms were clean, and the house cleaning staff cleans every other day. It does not have any such view.

Great property with good location and supportive owner

Location was ok, no views from rooms available, feels like home, proper utensils, water heaters was provided, food delivery available though located on small hill in the city, good for family

The place and rooms were decent. We were lucky to have the entire space to ourselves, resulting in total privacy. However we found the place clean, neat and tidy. Vehicle parking was not covered. Could have been better. But at the price range it's unfair to expect more. Our stay was good without any disturbance. We truly enjoyed our stay. It was easy to get in touch with the host and i'm sure he would be very helpful in times of urgent need. But we didn't face any emergency. The area around the stay was peaceful, no noise or disturbance of any kind. Extremely silent during the night. All in all we had a good time staying there. All amenities were provided. We thank mr. Prince for the nice hospitality.

Clean rooms, wifi was not working, non ac rooms, accomodation. Very close to raja seat. Calm neighborhood

Bed sheet was very dirty and location is outside the main city. Crock roach was in the room. Else was ok ok type.
