Rooms are average quality. windows are not closed, some windows are damaged. one side window is not known. Rooms allotted not in a row. Room nos 201, 203 and 206 are given. 202, 204 & 205 is there, are available at the time of arrival, but not allotted to me. .

decent hotel, when I asked for extra matrice they are charging extra. location is good. little bit language issues

Property is located near citi, easy accessible. Toilet is clean and good. Bed sheet and blankets are not washed properly. Room rent is little higher it is not value for this price.

Location was good, cleaning average, staff behaviour good, only issue no Fan so mosquito issue would be there

Quality of the room is very low,on the basis of amount , especially during this off season. Available this quality room with in around thousand rupees.

It was clean with good service and lift facility. Food was excellent but little bit costly. Overall a good hotel for a budget stay

Initially booked a room for 1 night. Toilet seat was broken but on request we were upgraded to a better room with balcony. Extra bed was provided but the mattress was dirty.

Hotel location is in the town and that is convenient. They have to work on the quality of bed covers, blankets & pillows. The restaurant inside hotel is also not up to the mark.

Location of the hotel is perfect but the hotel have some drawbacks it's became somewhat old they don't have lift from parking, no complementary breakfast, we got food from outside to eat that food we asked plates they said said we don't have any plates i regret and i spent lot for the stay

Rooms says its deluxe but the quality os not upto the, not even matching the price charges. In the description it says they have ac but i couldn’t find any in the room. Hospitality was not of so good.

The room was not upto the standards and uncomfortable bed. No drinking water in the room, telephone not working, the condition of the bedsheet and pillows was pathetic. Not as per the standards of mm t and too costly as per the condition of room. Thanks

The room was not sanatised, dirty linens, dirty bathroom

Good rooms good apartment. Really nice. But no free wifi and did not have many channels in the tv and no included breakfast in the hotel. But it was really good experience

Not a good ambiance and parking also just ok for rush

There were no water bottles available. Bedsheets are very dirty. No response from room service person. Not receiving calls have to go to the reception for any need.

Rooms quality are very poor

That is not deluxe room cannot stay 2adults and two children. Room very small. Very small dirty toilet. No a/c or fan in the room. Their approach to customers also not good.

It was a pleasant stay at munnar
