Good location - Near Huda metro station Rooms - Neat and clean + Spacious Staff - Good Good deal for under 5 K

Food is not good, we raised but they haven’t take any action

Food was very good and the club had an old world charm. The room actually was a suite with a bedroom with attached toilet and a drawing room . There was a lot of greenery all around and the swimming pool and the lawns were excellently maintained.

As per the description there is a pool in the hotel, but nowhere it was mentioned that it is seasonal. It was closed when i stayed and i Booked it seeing the pool. So it was disappointing for me

There is no breakfast buffet and anything you order, there's a pushback that it will take 30 mins to prepare. Can't argue when there's a flight to catch.

Horrible place with no ammenties. Zero services. No food available. Even the quality of water was bad. Make my trip should never list these kind of hotels where as guest get fooled

There are multiple instances where we felt that hotel is not good to recommend. The type of service they provide was not acceptable. We booked 4 rooms out of which ac was not working in 2 rooms. After multiple complaint they agreed to change room but it took 3 hours in follow up. We went for enjoyment with 4 families but feel we were only busy in resolving things with hotel. Also staff behaviour was not good. There are many negative feedback but can't write much. Can't suggest to book in this resort.

Spacious rooms. Good food menu, cooperative staff, reasonable prices. Saloon, café, gym, pool are all in the club for your convenience.

Paid reviews. Poor breakfast. Zero hospitality.

Rooms are big but quite old. Service is decent. Need to improve food quality. I don’t find it premium

It was awesome experience during my stay at club patio. I got this online. Interior or rooms are very unique, neat & clean. Strongly recommended to stay during your visits

Room decor has antique ethnic vibe. We loved it, staff are friendly and service is quick. The best part is that they serve you with humility and happiness. Room service could be priced better however we wanted to enjoy the street food culture so did not bother us. Could do with some repairs. But it can be overlooked. Chargable laundry service available. Overall its a comfortable stay.

Hotel architecture & ambience was great. Staff are cooperative. Billing process was smooth. Total stay at club patio was excellent.

Very homely place with quiet ambiance, excellent rooms with separate sitting area also recreational facilities of gym, snookers & clean swimming pool with neat changing washing rooms, food & beverages reasonably priced & tasty too.

Good staff, comfortable large rooms, nice f&b - this place has a retro feel to it - 1980s - very relaxing and enjoyable. Total club like feel

The staff was inadequate. They charge play area which is not mentioned during booking. Pool was not available for use. Even though they mention that 24 hrs in room dining is available, they did not offer any service after 11pm. The actual property condition is not as per the pics uploaded. No one is available at the front desk after 11pm.
