house keeping big zero service very bad hygiene big zero lots of concocted, warms in the room in double occupancy room they provided us one towel, one pillow and one blanket. inspite of demanded us they did not provide us another. in deluxe room tv not working. ac remote was not working. toilets and bathrooms were in v v v bad conditions. manager is not responding on our demand or complains. in deluxe room no mirror in bathroom, rusted cocks. reception counters man was demanding tips. till date we had paid tips to waiters notto receptionist or manager. and main prob is we booked rooms but when we reaches at hotel for check in hotel people says that we can not afford rooms in this price. we had 2 bad this type of experience in this trip.

They should focus on cleanliness of bathroom fittings, fans. It's a simple lodge. You'll have to hire auto rickshaw to go to Tirupati city.

Pathetic experience with Hotel Golden Rooms

familyI booked the hotel for 2 days and first of all, Hotel manager Ram, he made me to wait for 1 hour to get the room and then the rooms were dirty and smelling bad. The hotel staff were not at all cooperative. Also there was no arrangement for food, when I placed order over home service, they called external vendor and placed order and took the delivery charge from me. There is no option for giving stars in negative, otherwise I would have give 1 star.

familyPoor service and service employees where not responsive and we found this behavior consistent across all employees. Rooms where given without cleaning toilet and it was not even flushed. Atoyo please don't vouch hotels like this, you're just bringing your brand value down

coupleDirty bed sheets, smelly wash Rooms and illiterate staff they doesn't know how to behave with the guest at all. My kind suggestion for all travellers is to don't book this Hotel at any cost. Rooms are not like how they show in the website.
