Quite, well maintained, and Ajay bhai was very warm and helpful. Location was great, good rooms and service

The place was quiet into woods with some amazing view also the service part was satisfying. The staff was really supportive too

The stay was great at Treebo northern resort , It was a beautiful and most comfortable experience , with breakfast included and served hot plus the hospitality of staff was great . Location of this hotel is 10 out of 10 as you will be surrounded by apple trees and small village thanedhar which is a beauty in itself , the people here are so good and will make you feel like home . Whoever is visiting there Do visit Sheru Dhaba , its a very small dhaba , but the food is great and the uncle who runs it is very sweet , he will make you believe good people still exists.

The staff was very co operative despite only one staff available. The receptionist was very helpful in all ways. The room was spacious and clean and tidy. The food was also good. Whatever was available in breakfast was given without much limitations. Overall a nice experience.

Everything is fantastic location property but the food is below average most of the food items are not available...

Quite far (around 15 km) away from Narkanda market. Food was not good and service was slow. However rooms are quite good and the manager is very courteous

The Hotel is neat and clean. Staff is ready to serve you at their best. Great option if you want to stay at offbeat location out of city crowd. You can also buy fresh cherry from the hotel staff as well. Scenic views from room itself although balcony is not there (there is balcony in top category of room).

The room was very neat and comfortable. The property manager Naveen was very helpful and took care of every need. Food was very tasty too.

Room was exactly the same as shown in the picture. Place was hygienic and located at a great place. The view is scenic from the hotel. Only drawback is water is cold in the bathroom. They will say we have switched on the motor it will take half an hour but trust me it will be same. So will not suggest to visit during extreme winters.

Good Location surrounded by apple orchards and Mountain View’s . Very nice staff especially Mr. Naveen , Rooms are also modern and functional

Location wise it was perfect. But food and room service were not good. Most of the items in the food menu were always out of stocks

I am not at all satisfied with this hotel. In a way my money has been wasted. I booked this hotel We did not get any good facilities in this hotel. Neither is the TV working in the hotel nor did we get a heater, although we said it was chargeable but still the heater was not provided, nor was there any sweet in the food. Most of the things mentioned in the menu were not available. The water bottle provided was also of a bad company. Most importantly, we should have got a mountain view room but the hotel people gave us a road view room saying that since you have come late, we have given that room to someone else. Overall my money has been wasted.

Service is exceptional. Naveen at the reception made sure we had a comfortable stay. He is extremely hospitable. We had only breakfast and stayed for one night. The good also was very good, home made. It’s a very humble stay but great service. Thanks to naveen.

The place is located atop a hill with mesmerising views to cherish! food and the staff were very charming and helping. Absolutely loved the place!

The only minus point is contact numbers of property. customer care numbers of treebo and they are not connecting you with hotel front desk. We were reaching late so we called on mentioned number so customer care executive received it and we requested him to convey our msg to hotel that we’re going to be late because of rain. They said ok but when we reached at 12:30, the hotel was locked from inside and the mentioned number on board was not working. After waiting almost 15-20 mins and knocking door continuously finally a person opened it. The road was looking very horrible at that time and we were 2 females and 2 male and 1 kid. Rest food was good in morning and only single lady and 1 male was working because of off season

Very very poor, staff not at all courteous, poorest of service, we got trapped through mm t but after staying here all we can say that no one should plan holiday in this hotel, expect the beauty of natur, everything here is going to disappoint you if you plan stay here, we will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.
