groupWorst service ever i have seen. Unless we paid them the full amount they were polite and said yes for everything we need but once the amount is received by them they denied to fulfill their promises they made. So if you want your stay happy and peaceful in allepey don't book with this group. No hot water.

Nice ambience. Staff is courteous, and cooperative. Meals they provide are tasty. Tiffin only one variety served. They cooked the prawns for us, which are bought in local market during houseboat stay. Bathrooms are neat and clean, but smelling may be due to bio toilet. Overall a nice stay.

As committed the room is not and even without tv in breakfast there is only one item to serve no extra blanket in the night scarcity of cold water

Staff were very co-operative, good stay. Hygiene should be improved, lunch was awesome, breakfast and dinner were good. Could improve still for best.

Not satisfactory. Not at expected level. They arrange other boats without informing us. Also check in delayed by more than 2 hours. Very poor coordination.

Wonderful backwater experience

Had a wonderful stay with them, excellent staff very helpful, good boat condition. In our 7 days ke gala trip, we enjoyed this the most. We recommend all to this houseboat.
