The property is located in a good location, close to the main road and Vagamon tea lake and plantations. The caretaker was polite and always available. However, some guests faced water scarcity in the bathrooms. The property has two types of rooms, one for families and the other is a basic lodge. The basic lodge has no amenities and guests were given only one towel and one blanket even if they booked for two people. The owner was hospitable and suggested trustworthy jeep safari tours.
