Well behave by staff and good service provided by staff it was well experienced for me

It was very good holiday hotel. Staff is fine. Food is also good. Behavior of staff is nice, good hotel.

There are small ants everywhere in the room, in the bed itself, durty water in tabs.

I have ladies and children also, they given me rooms on the 4th floor, earned money by early check in and late check out, the food, tea is also very costly as compare to just outside market.

The hotel seems to be a lodge. It has no amenities at all. The room booked as executive ac room. While we landed there, they gave us normal room where pan spits are there on the wall. After our complaint, they gave the actual room which we supposed to get on first. There is no lift at all. No restaurant as well.

Location is good near to railway Station and to bus stand food shop are readily available nearby service and staff of the hotel is good because it's very old property needed to upgrade for getting more guest.

Food quality is better and service quality is good.

Its not good hotel rooms are small

My room was well ventilated only I face little bit issue in space size and wardrobe.

Services were not up to the marks and basic facilities were there.

Room was in pathetic condition. Blanket was stinky. Staff was very rude. They denied for room service. Couldn't even afford to give us plates and cutlery. Even take deposit for the stay which I haven't seen in any of the hotels I have stayed. Couldn't even provide us towels and toiletries. Very disappointed with the stay. Won't even think of booking it again and also will not suggest anybody for this hotel.

All was good but ac not working and tv remote missing. Room size small according to pictures.
