Rooms are not cleaned properly, there are burnt marks (cigarette) on the bedsheet. No bathroom accessories were provided. Staff was also not very professional.

They refused my check-in and asked me for more money. And it was 10:30 at night it was quite hard for me to adjust and find other hotel nearby as all were alrdy booked.
