familyI booked a three bhk for three of us. The property manager called me and said the property was not available and put us in a 1 bhk for the same price. Other than cleanliness the property was so less than average for the amt that i paid. If properties are not available it should reflect on make my trip.

Dear Prajwala, We had informed you that the 3 BHK property was unavailable and requested you to cancel the booking, assuring you that we would refund the amount. We also mentioned the availability of a 1 BHK as an alternative, and since you chose not to cancel, you confirmed that you were comfortable shifting to it. Based on your consent, we proceeded with providing a different property.
