First of all, forget about hotel, how can makemytrip post fake photos of this hotel. Shame on you make my trip. If the hotel lacked facilities why are you sugarcoating his actions? Strange !! Don't book this hotel and even Make my trip is equally responsible.

Room maintenance was poor, location is little away from town but scenic, beautiful and peaceful, facilities were average. Service was good. Staff was friendly and co-operative. Value for money We enjoyed our stay

No water, No light in the hotel. Called the staff several times. No solution. That Hotel spoiled my complete night. I paid 4500 for this service. It was a torture. My trip and enjoyment converted into horrible experience. I spent my full night in fear. I was killing insects and mosquitoes in night there. It is the worst hotel ever I seen. Never Book and Never ever think about this hotel.

The hotel is so far from the location it is showing in map. We dropped the plan to reach the hotel and booked in Nainital only. It was a total fraud. We booked it on the basis of map location they showed.

The only good point was the view you get from the room Window.The room was not clean, with dirty toilets and choking bathrooms and water heater not working. The staff was really surprised when I asked for three towels for three people, as if I was demanding some extraordinary thing.I have nothing against having a small staff, but I am not that comfortable when the person goes on to make your tea immediately after cleaning the toilets.I gave one extra point in the overall ratings just for the fact that they agreed to change the room for us when we found out that the water heater was not working.Overall, a total waste of money.

Service, hospitality and sincerity of the boys were windblown. Location of the hotel is extra-ordinary. Since it is located about 10 kilometers from the township, it is ideal for a relaxed stay. Quality of food and cleanliness was also commendable

It was serene, quiet and a relaxing stay with good hospitality. Food was just like home away from home. It is 10 kms from Ranikhet with a good approach road. Beautiful Golf Club is nearby. A must stay for silent nature lovers.

First of all, the hotel is 5 km away from Ranikhet. No shops or anything nearby. There were only three persons running the hotel. Not good variability of food. We asked for some foods from the menu but the cook said only few things are being cooked and couldn't provide more. No phone in the room to call front desk.

Hotel was very Nice at very Nice place, I enjoyed a lot. I joined the hotel along with my wife and the place was so Nice that i again visit that place and again i will book this hotel only, staff was very good and rooms are very cleaned and clear.
