Dear MMT Hotel Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Despite my expectations, I faced two significant issues that marred my experience. Issues: 1. *Non-Provision of GST Invoice*: Unfortunately, your hotel failed to provide me with a GST invoice for my stay. As a business traveler, this invoice is essential for my company's accounting purposes. I request that you provide me with the invoice at the earliest. 2. *Subpar Property Cleaning*: I was also disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel property. The rooms and common areas were not maintained to the expected standards, which affected my overall comfort and satisfaction. Resolution: I hope you will take immediate action to address these issues. I would appreciate it if you could: - Provide me with the GST invoice for my stay. - Take necessary steps to improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel property. I look forward to hearing from you soon and hope that you will take my feedback constructively.

Regarding the GST invoice, as your reservation was made through MMT, the invoice should be issued by them directly. Unfortunately, for OTA bookings, GST-compliant invoices cannot be generated from our end. We recommend contacting MMT’s customer support for assistance on this.
