The room facilities were average and met only the basic requirements. However, ongoing renovation work in nearby rooms caused some disturbance and inconvenience during the stay. Parking was also a problem, which made things a bit difficult. Overall, the experience was manageable but not very comfortable due to the noise and limited convenience caused by the ongoing works.
