It is only stay hotel, no room Service of any kind. Staff are very noisy while working in the corridors. They should understand that guests are staying in the hotel. The manager never lift any call. The office room is always locked. Not any kind of reception.

The location is too interior from the main Road and far from the groceries and restaurants. There is no food or beverages available in the hotel kitchen. The Service is too poor, as they were not able to fix the tv, which was flooded with only arabic channels. The mattresses were short compared to the bed and not kid/infant friendly.

The room was clean and neat, Service is non existent but that's fine given this is not a hotel. But there is a staff and they seemed pretty helpful so that's not much of an issue. Bathrooms are clean and functional. Some malfunctioning electrical outlets etc (very small issues). Overall a good value for money stay, provided you're looking for exactly that. Parking (car) was an open area adjacent to the building which is not so bad but I had my concerns over it. Staff assured me there's cc TV so there was no need to worry. It is a good Service Apartment and it's close to the two big hospitals in the area, so a lot of patients families were staying in the hotel. Over all affordable, bare bones but adequate.

Had a pleasant stay. But for the price of the room, the management should provide Wi-Fi and TV connection. Lacks with those things. Also, I guess no drinking water availability. But the room is neat.
