booking was done but when i visited hotel then charged 500 more else my booking was being cancelled and no refund .

They denied us for giving extra blanket at night as there was no remote for ac to increase the temperature of room and gave a excuse to switch off the ac if we are feeling cold. Also no complimentary water bottle was provided.

Ridiculous!

Light problem, windows of the room you can't close. Even they don't have curtains on window because they putted shed their which is not fully covered. How can a girl change or sleep comfortably. TV cable is not working. On 2nd floor they have more problems and the most important that the staff will never ever help you because they are expert in saying so called sorry.

Never visit the place

Hotels location was good but service and food was terrible. They charge us extra amount saying that towel and bedsheet got some stains while eating. Outside food was not allowed and insider menu was not upto the mark. I would advise to not go for this place

Decent room with a lower price tag

The hotel had minimal facilities in terms of support for elderly and infant. The lift wasn't operational throughout, wi-fi wasn't working, even the complementary water was chargeable.
