Rude owner, good property!

The property is really nice and value for money. The owner is damn rude but the caretaker is very nice. Very difficult to find the property. But the balcony and terrace will be all yours which compensates for everything. There is one washroom attached with a room and the other washroom is a common washroom. Property is located in a residential area that's very quite. Area was pretty safe!
