The rooms were really average. I would suggest everyone to take this room only if you cannot find any other hotel.

The host is concerned about hospitality and treats the customer as the family members. Was of great help during my stay when there were many riots in Darjeeling. He valued my money and adjusted my dates on his behalf on my request.

The overall stay was extremely satisfied as the staff and owner hospitality was really up to the mark. The things which I expected I received more and I will recommend this property to my family members. Even though the food and the hygienic part was totally up to the mark.

There was no delay in check-in and check-out process. The labor was less in the hotel. The staff behavior was friendly. The food quality was very good. The activity was not arranged by the hotel. I had visited this hotel for official purpose.
