Booking cancel-led after taking our money. Avoid at all cost.

familyMade the booking only because of the location as we wanted to visit the temple early morning. Our card was charged and money had been debited from my bank. Also received an email from make my trip confirming the booking. When we arrived, the hotel was fully booked and they didn’t have any information about our booking. The hotel manager was not interested and asked me to sort it out with make my trip. I was stranded for a couple of hours with my elderly mother as i looked for alternative accommodation. By the way make my trip staff was very friendly and called the hotel three times to be told that number does not exist! why does mm t allow such dodgy businesses on their platform?
