I had booked two rooms for six people. The bed was comfortable and accommodated three people per bed. Overall the room size was small when three people are required to stay in a room. The absence of kitchen and dining room in the Hotel Star Palace By WB Inn prompted us to go out and have our food which is one of the greatest negatives of the Hotel Star Palace By WB Inn and that can be looked into by the management. Room service could be improved as the staff does not clean the room at every corner. Availability of filtered cold water is there. They can think of adding lift for top storeyed rooms. The Hotel Star Palace By WB Inn staff are quite polite in nature.

Location of this Hotel Star Palace By WB Inn is near to varanasi junction railway station, and if you request to them in advance, they also allowed late entry. So doesn't need to worry about your train timings.

Had a comfortable stay. Location very close to the railway Station. Hotel staff are friendly.
