1. behaviour of hotel staff was not Good 2. The room I had booked was not provided. 3. The items mentioned by the hotel were not provided. 4. There was no hoarding of the name of the hotel in the building, hence there was difficulty in reaching the hotel.

Homely atmosphere and co operative staff

Photos of the property and in real when you show it was far more different,the size of the room was too small compared to photographs. Hotel is at 4th floor and lift was almost not working many times.

We booked stays for 3 night. First thing, it's not a hotel. It's a commercial building where they have 2 floor( half floor still commerical. Secondly there is no security, it happened to us that someone nicked the gate and told that they want to repair the bathroom. And thirdly, nothing great about location, you have to book own auto and there will be no sharing. At last, room was okay( not too clean) but decent

Terrible staff with zero support to guests The hotel room was ok... They do not offer dining facility and so should mention that on MMT as well ..... They do not have there own parking space but compensate on that by parking your vehicle in nearby park which is guarded by guards... Overall ok place for budget stay for younger audience,not convenient for senior citizens....

The room size is very small. Besides there is no open area as well as hoarding in front of hotel which ultimately creates a big factor. There is no fooding system. You have to depend nearby restaurants! for touring purpose no assistance is received from the hotel! hotel sraff are average. But the room is quite neat and clean which attracts me. May choose as per your requiments.

Except slow internet issue rest were fine when it comes to facilities they managed it well with unstable power.

Room was very small. Other than that everything is good and located in very good area.

Nearer to railway station. Hygiene wash room. Good behaving staff. But small room. Good for pair only.

Good approach in the city area, market, restaurant, rickshaw ready to droop you everywhere in the city. No kitchen service, just 8 rooms 4th floor small hotel but good
