Our booking was in hotel o sita but the property manager refused to check in the hotel

Room are not clean. Very dirty and bathroom also not clean. No amnitis and no tollritis. And no breakfast while i pay for breakfast

Room were too smelly and free breakfast thing by charging us over a 1000 extra rupee. One should stay on railway station instead of this hotel. Pictures are different here than in real.

Blanket and towels had stains. The hotel can change bucket and mugs, they are so old and stained.

If you are looking for night stay only then it is fine. It is old construction hotel so don't expect much. However, bathroom, room and lobby are well cleaned. Tv, geyser facilities are available. Restaurant has a good food and can provide service to your room. My main concern was blanket. They were not cleaned, we didn't use them.

Not good ... Maintain over room location good over all good exprince no budy tack care coustomer wash room so many issue nick broken flushe not well towel not clean durty served me no peploe to shy what is over issue in room and otherr .. Room is so many issue tv not working and AC cooling well cleaning not good very consulted room

very poor condition of rooms.doors,toilet,walls of room,bed sheet,blanket and all are smelling badly.Cleaning of rooms are worse.oil used for cooking is very low standard.Toilet flush was not working.The bucket, mug are also dirty.
