The Hotel was not aware of booking. washroom was in bad condition uncleaned and without shop rack and towel hanger. Uncleaned bedsheet.

As i payed my hotel bill prepaid through makemytrip app they were not happy and gave me the worst room where the toilet drainage was not proper. Whenever i used the bathroom it was always flooding with water. The balcony was also the same. Couldn't step into the balcony because of the water from ac.
