Hotel Manglam

The Hotel is very poorly maintained. No cleanliness of rooms. Very dirty blankets were provided. Towels were very dirty. No ventilation in room. It is rather a cage. You can't say it a room.
Very dirty room. No ventilation, no windows. It is virtually a cage. You can't say it a room. Nearby a lot of noise of residents who are living in their own houses adjacent to the room. Worst experience of stay.

It was terrible to stay in hot mangalam. So, I am not going to prefer anybody's. But there are many restaurants and hotels for good meals as jay siya ram, siddhivinayak under temple etc.
I am not satisfied with hotel Mangalam. It was terrible to stay.

Rooms were dirty and small, I got a dirty and wet towel and I can saw mouse coming inside the room. The localisation of the hotel was really near the Kanpur central raylway station that it was great and the service help me to found a Rikshaw when I ask him to go somewhere in the town.

Rooms were dirty and small, even staff was not nice and manager too was rude. More better options are available in this price budget. I personally felt that the ratings for the hotel in all aspects are below average.

To be here is nice & on and averagr good. One can stay here comfortably. Loacation is good. Cleanliness is healthy. Servicess is also nice & good .. Overall can trust equally money paid .. The speciality of the hotel is cleanliness & no bug work as others use to do.

Location was good and average facilities and room also need to refurnish all room overall good staff was very cooperative and always ready to serve you over a phone call or pressing a bell, food also average and rates also not so high you can stay this hotel.

Everything is average but location is so dirty place. That is why I wanna give average rating to this hotel. Service is also average and cleanliness is also average. Facility also average. And last location is so bad.

Room was not well furnished as shown in the website. Standard was poor. Not worth of money. Hotel management was not friendly and due to construction work in the hotel, customer have to face problems.

Very bad staff. Very bad hotel. Don't prefer to stay there. Executive room was booked by me but the receptionist first offer me non AC room, when I told him that I have booked an executive class room after almost 1 hour argument they provide me lower category room than executive.

Hotel Manglam Kanpur - location is too good but other all things are very poor. Even they tell me that they have no room to provide after that they gives a room size just 6-3 feet. You think how it was. It's totally wastage of money. Staff were also unable to open voucher, b/s they don't know about PDF file. They ask to get printout from outside. So please never book this.

Hotel really bad. Very uncomfortable and clumsy. They are very outdated asked for print out. There is no ventilation in rooms. Whole night felt uncomfortable. They have given wrong price in ad. Overall do not go to this hotel.

Booked an AC deluxe room and after reaching the hotel was told that the room was not available and had to settle for standard room. Waste of money, time and energy. Don't ever book a room for this hotel and don't use makemytrip. Completely useless.

A lot of hotels nearby. Very close to main Kanpur bus station (jhakarkatti bus adda) Just take a auto for rupees 10 to ghantaghar. From there ask anyone about hotel mangalam or ask them to go to shutar khana. You will find it at a walking distance on the left side from ghantaghar while going to shutar khana.

Room is too much small. Cleanliness is very bad. Leakage of water, tiny cockroaches are on the wall of the room. Washroom smell is appearing in the room. Dustbin is not available in the room. No value of money.

Just one word, ignore to stay here. There are many better places available at this price point. The only plus is it's proximity to the railway station, which sense a great comfort specially night time check-in. Rooms has no ventilation, dirty linen, pathetic odour in bathroom, many other issues.

Nothing to write except request makemytrip to discard their list to improve their business. 1. No AC worked though it is inclusion. 2. There is bad odour in the room. It is not even possible to write lot about bad experience in the hotel.
