When we checked in the fan in the room wasn’t working properly and it is 35degrees. We were told the category of room we had booked we will get this only even if the fan isn’t working property. They made us pay Rs 600 more for 2 nights to give us a proper room where the fan worked properly. This was highly unprofessional of them. If an equipment wants working properly in the room, it’s hotels responsibility to change the customers room.

at the starting it was good but it got terrible in night... the food I got, an insect was there in dal and when I showed that insects to the staffs they started arguing and when I was going to leave the hotel they charged 200 for that food which I even vomit in front of them when I saw the insect..... horrifying experience. please do something
