it was a comfortable stay, staff was courteous. Hotel is well connected and is at a prime location. food was delicious.

Poor Experience 1) Washrooms were not cleaned at all 2) Floor was full of dust 3) Basic amenities like dental kit, slippers were missing 4) Mattresses were of inappropriate size as compared to beds

pathetic experience.O grade ..Not recommended to travellers .No service ,no hot water no kitchen .No adequate staff arrogant behaviour.

Room was worthless. I have no images. Tv is not working, bed blanket is dirty. Room heater is not working

The rooms are not at all like they are seen in the photos. Very small rooms, the don't provide hot water if only 1/2 rooms are occupied, instead they arrange it in separate buckets. They don't even provide complementary water to guest. , please remove this hotel They feel jealous for the rates you give to your customers for their hotel, for my booking they said you are lucky to get our hotel at such rates and they started treating us badly.

Room and washroom was not cleaned. No facility for hot water in room even in times of winter. Also the home service men there charge unnecessary for even drinking water. Delayed breakfast every morning. Worst experience.

I booked this hotel because of my location priority. But ultimately found that this is not worth >3. 5k indian rupees. Bad experience started at the time of check-in when the receptionist was unable to locate my booking in their system. Anyways they found it somehow. As soon as i entered the room, it gave me a feeling that this property is completely ignored from maintenance point of view. They charged approximately 800 for the complementary breakfast, that too for just alu paratha with pickle and tea. That's it. As my flight was delayed i had to stay for 2nd night as well but at least not going to book this again.

I stayed there for two nights. Upon entering the room, I noticed that the bathroom near the bucket was not clean. Additionally, I requested bathroom slippers, but they were not provided by the owner. The lock and key were also in poor condition. Moreover, I observed spider webs in the corner of the room. Lastly, when I asked for a hard copy of the bill, my request was denied.

the manager was very rude & behaved very badly with us. Very much unhygienic hotel. Dirty rooms full of dust & not cleaned. Not even broomed. Ac not working properly also in very bad condition

Room was not clean and hygienic. Also don’t have window and food took so much time. Check in was okay.

Very dirty rooms and very rude and impolite staff

Rooms were small. Services were good. Location was also good as near rajendra place metro. There is south indian restraunt near it hardly 100 m so overall it was good.

Very poor hygiene, plus not at all professional from their side! we got our doorbell rung 5 times at 2am, when i called reception they didn’t bother to inquire! horrific experience! will never ever recommend it to anyone!
