Hotel is 16 km to airport, room was clean but no free drinking water even 1 bottle a day, no soap nor handwash. Basic hotel

Dear guest thank you for visiting. I apriciate your feedback. Sir normal drinking water is available 24 by 7 free of cost, only mineral water bottle is chargible and airports are alway out of city except some city like mumbai. My hotel is centrally located in heart of city that is vijay nagar in Indore, M.P.
