Paid full but didn't stay - worst experience

Didn't stay in the property because of checkin timings, should mention late checkin not possible, I went to the hotel door is locked and called on phone, informed checkin after 0530 am, but when I try to book in the midnight after (0100 AM) with the checkin now filter the result displayed this hotel. Misleading result resulted in loosi g my money and time, next its better not to pay in advance when booking hotels in india.

The hotel room was in a pathetic condition with cob webs all around. Bathroom was unhygienic and had small insects. There was no hot water fascility
