I didn't get room In that hotel which I had booked. Hotel people told there is no such hotel, I had visited the hotel which I booked, but they told they dont have any such bookings and make my trip is a fraud and lot of customers came

The hotel was very clean and the service was good. But they didn't get the booking information. Had to wait a long time before they gave us the room. They didn't get our booking details. Made lots of calls and had to wait a long time. Would be better if the hotel gets the details asap and they call us to confirm our visit.
