it is situated just beside the Ganga hospital. rooms are good. neat and clean. rooms are nonsmoking. no food facilities available.u can order online or in nearby hotels. one thing, please add electric kettle in every room for making morning tea/coffee..otherwise guests have to go outside just for a cup of tea.

We selected this place as it is practically wall neighbour to ganga hospital block b and we had come for my mother's treatment at the hospital. The staff are courteous, helpful and friendly. However, these are probably the only two positive things there. The stay is from floor 2 to floor 3. The entrance to the building has steps and it is not very friendly for patients coming to ganga hospital for treatment. There is a wheel chair ramp, however it is very steep and looked dangerous. The room looked clean, didn't have any sort of smell, but my room in 3rd floor had lot of cockroaches. I wont recommend this place to anyone with katsaridaphobia. Next the wifi of the stay is not good. The wifi being used was that of a restaurant facing the road, but was closed when i was there (sep 2024, probably same management. Since this restaurant is facing the road (i am assuming the wifi is that of this eatery) the wifi in the rooms towards the behind was very bad. The most weird part was cleaning of rooms - the rooms will only be cleaned and sheets changed if the tenant asks for it. Also there was a confusion at the front desk - the front guy first said since i booked the rooms the booking is only for 12 hours; i. E. 1 pay for one full day however have to check out after 12 hours. That was the most weird thing i heard in the many years of travels and staying in many hotels in many countries. I vehemently opposed this and later didnt hear anything about it, so guessing that it was just a confusion by the front desk person. The place doesn't have its own restaurant, probably was reliant on the restaurant (which is now non operational as mentioned earlier) in the same building. This means, if you are opting for breakfast, you will get the same set breakfast pack everyday, which could get tiring if you are staying for a longer period. There are few other restaurants at short walking distance from the place (not too many choices though. In short, its closeness to ganga is convenient, however too many negatives, leaving up to the reader to weigh the options and decide.

Location : Building , First Floor : Animal Hospital Second Floor : Hotel Reception Third Floor : Room Room was not so good for the price. Service was also not satisfactory. No glasses for water , No plates , No complimentary Water Bottles . Break fast was below average. No 🪣 and Mug provided in the toilet . The Facilities provided was poor for the price

The perfect location, just a few steps away from ganga hospital, made my visit incredibly convenient. The amenities provided were decent and added to the overall comfort of my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable accommodation experience.

Clean and very comfortable….. Breakfast was very good……………… Only one difficulty we had… that is when we arrived at the hotel there on one to carry the luggage to the reception..

Good location, in case you are visiting ganga hospital just walkable distance. New property hence clean. Only air conditioning no fan could be a problem if you want to reduce cooling or don't like ac. No hot water available and also no bucket surprisingly. Cannot smoke cigarettes in room, though i'm in favor of this rule of not smoking, what someone does in the privacy of his room should not be dictated.

An average hotel to stay in with good location in respect to ganga hospital. Rooms are average and services are like a lodge not a hotel !

First they have provided lower quality room, and after raising the issue on make my trip, they i’ll treated and harassed us.

The hotel has clean and standard rooms. Service was wonderful.

For god sake please have an entrance clean and maintain. Not worth staying except for emergencies. Toilets are not clean. Staffs are the only ones that are good.
