Here’s a **formal and polished version** of your review — ideal or a property feedback form: Formal Review for City Scape Stay** I recently stayed at City Scape and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. Although the property was listed as a Bed and Breakfast, no complimentary coffee or milk was provided. Upon inquiry, I was informed that these items were chargeable, which was not mentioned during the booking process. The balcony was in very poor condition and appeared not to have been cleaned for quite some time, making it unpleasant to use. Additionally, one corner of the room was noticeably untidy, suggesting that housekeeping standards were not adequately maintained. Furthermore, there was no clear information provided regarding the refreshment or “watermelon” timing. When we attempted to contact the caretaker for clarification, our calls went unanswered, and by the time we were able to check, the refreshments had already been finished. Overall, the stay was disappointing, especially given the expectations set by the listing. Improved communication, clearer information about inclusions, and better attention to cleanliness and guest service would significantly enhance the experience for future visitors

The style of the room is nice however the items are fragile (which states they are kept broken so if you touch anything it just falls apart. No separate bedroom walls hence curtains can be fixed just to have a little privacy. Ok stay, in case things could have been better hence would have stayed again.
