small room. no almirah. too noisy staff. narrow staircase... for the rate...it's all ok..................

Hotel was at proper location accordingly to map, but hotel conditions were average not very good, electrical sockets were not working properly, i had trouble charging my phone and laptop and room was also not maintained well.

It was good and comfortable stay, even after checking in at 12 midnight, the staff was helpful and courteous, good experience.

No breakfast there otherwise it's mention in booking details, no water bottle there, dirty room i'm very fed-up that's why i checkout before my timing. very bad place

Nice stay at ar residency. The room was clean enough and the staff was also cooperative. Overall the experience was up to the mark. For this price range we can't expect more.

The staff was rude and disrespectful. The room was unclean bedsheets were like as if someone just slept there. There was a smell of cigarettes in the room. When i tell staff to change the bedsheet he rudely denied. After which i checked out of the room i did not stay there. Could you refund my money?

Very staff & co operative. family also can stay comfortably . It is adviceble for students and Parents those who are coming NEET / JEE admission purpose in janakpuri. again I will visit here with family
