I stayed at this property. Initially I had a doubt as heard by many people what they show in the image the property isn't the same that way. But while reaching the location I got overwhelmed seeing the property and the care offered by the owner of the property. It was really amazing, enjoyed my stay a lot. Its nothing less than a Palace on the lake. Great interiors, friendly staff, amazing location and view. its completly value for money❤

They changed rs. 870 for 4pce chicken & 6 rotis. Food is over priced. We are staying also in 4star Peer Palace Group of Houseboats hilltop in pahalgam. Their menu card is cheaper than peer palace houseboat

It was a nice stay. Rooms are quite specious. Food was really nice. Homely food. Staff behavior is also good. The best thing is the view. View from this property is awesome. There are some backlogs also. First things only one staff is there, so availability of this staff is very hard. Another backlog is there are too many power cuts. They have generators, but they often starts it.
