Paramount Riverfront Resort and Spa

The AC was not working properly and the room service maintenance guy came thrice but could not solve and was giving lame excuses. Water supply was not proper as while taking bath or washing face the water pressure was very low and many times water stopped completely. The bedding was not neat and had to request for it to be changed

the property is shown as 4 star on online however it would be anywhere close to 2 star . the phase 1 room allocated to us was very poor..phase 2 apparently is much cleaner and neat.

Stay was good but baggi was not there to move from one property to other. Also finds hard matress on the bed and no slippers in room

It was a nice stay at the resort. the food at the wterside restaurant was amazing, and the staff was very polite

Website booking is misguidung We were give lawn rooms , very small Staff very insensitive. Did not give rooms to senior citizens on ground floor Bathroom very slippery specially for seniors Buggy service poor

The Property location is excellent with sprawling open lawns, swimming pools , indoor games. Housekeeping is good and there are 3 restaurant options with great choices available at very reasonable prices. The spa is very good , I took a 90 mins Swedish spa with great therapists. On the coms side, the room size is smaller than usual , even though there is balcony , you feel cramp, even after our booking has been made with second best room options.

We went with 5 senior citizen couples requested then to give rooms on ground floor , they gave us on 2nd floors receptionist was insensitive to our needs

Pros :- The property is peaceful and luxurious. We had booked rooms , facing the swimming pool., Rooms are clean, cozy and comes with a beautiful balcony. Food was delicious. Cons:- Breakfast didn't have desserts options. The rooms didn't have refrigerator and in room dining service is very slow.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The food was excellent , service was fab , kids enjoyed games, beautiful rooms ,loved the decent interior also. The staff was very polite and amazing

I had high expectations from this resort, but sadly, the experience was far from pleasant. • Rooms: Extremely small and cramped. The water flow in the bathrooms was very poor, and the overall hygiene of the room left a lot to be desired. • Food: Very average. Limited options, and nothing is available post 10:30 PM – not even basic snacks or tea. • Activities & Facilities: There’s hardly anything to explore on the property. The gaming zone, which could’ve been a highlight, shuts down by 8:30 PM even on weekends – which makes no sense for a leisure resort. • Staff & Service: The only good part of the stay was the restaurant staff, especially the female servers who were polite and attentive. • Transportation & Local Ties: A major red flag – the front desk recommended a local cab service that turned out to be a horrible experience. These drivers acted like goons and tried to extort money. Even if the ride was canceled for a valid reason, they demanded a minimum of ₹1,000. It felt like the hotel front desk was hand-in-glove with them, which was extremely concerning. ⸻ Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this resort. It lacks the basic comforts of a decent stay, and the questionable local tie-ups make it even more unsafe. Look elsewhere for a peaceful and reliable getaway.

Location is okay. Food is bit less qty as others but it is good. Amenities , geyser did not work. We got a very okay room. They did not find our reservation

It was overall a pleasant stay. Room was cozy and clean. Food was good (river side restaurant). Both the pools were clean and big enough. Anjum at the reception was very welcoming and helpful.

it was a very pleasant and wonderful stay at paramount resort, and we enjoyed a lot there during our stay. The staff was very kind and helpful and the food was amazing too, in short everyone would be willing to go again.

Food is good, bit overpriced. Staff is cooperative and supportive. Amenities are also fine. Rooms are bit small but are clean. Overall good for family stays.

We had a wonderful stay at Paramount Resort. The property is truly lovely, calm, and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Health and hygiene are clearly a top priority here, and everything was well-maintained throughout our stay. We stayed in the Swimming Pool View Room, and it was absolutely the highlight! Not only did we enjoy a serene poolside view, but we also had a stunning river view flowing right by the resort—very picturesque and soothing. The swimming pool itself is clean and well-kept, thanks to the housekeeping team who maintain it regularly. The food here was also a delight—everything we tried was fresh and full of flavor. We also celebrated a birthday during our stay, and the experience was made extra special by Mahi from the hotel staff. The decoration, service, and personal attention she gave us added a heartfelt touch to the celebration.

Not so great to chill, very less no of staff, not that great food , not sure why so expensive it is
