Very pathetic rooms. Don't book

Terrible rooms with no maintenance, be it the bedroom or the washroom. Dirty bed sheets, windows and service. The breakfast was not giving inspite of the bookng being done with the option of being inclusive of breakfast. Only the reception is kept cleaner. Don't fall for the photos. Its a trap

Cockroaches and bugs in room, broken amenities

The hotel is very badly maintained. There are cockroaches and bugs all over the room and bathroom. Bedbugs are on the bed and bite at night. When the hotel managers are asked, they say that these are their "pets. They didn't remove the pests and one has to get their own insecticide and kill them. The handshower in the bathroom was broken, the room telephone or tv was not working. Once you check in for multiple days they will not allow you to cancel after you see the pathetic condition.

I booked based on review ratings, but it was all fake! very dirty, unhygienic, messy, smelly room! i checked out in 1 hour!

The worst hotel stay i have ever had.

Property is not at all suitable for a healthy stay. I have booked a room for 5 days, but they cleaned it only once. Forget about wet wipe and bedsheets and pillow cover, towel etc. Just horrible experience.

The blanket had multiple yellow spots, the plates provided for dinner was not washed properly after last use.
