Tiaraa Monolith Lake Resort, Bhimtal

view and food is good otherwise bad roomservice and no water at pool for 2 days , also phone is not working

The location was good, stay was fine. The only issue was with facilities within resort. We requested to provide new towel they have provide wer towel as they didn’t receive there laundry

overall worst experience in room not clearn garden not maintained first problem to reach hotel I damage my car to reach hotel parking only suggested experience driver .nothing in breakfast room gyer not working. I suggest never visit this place

Service very slow. Basic amenities were not present. Wifi not working. Reception were calling at mid night unnecessary.

Food was pathetic & the staff wasn't trained well such a terrible experience after paying 11k

Everything is amazing at tiara, location, service, size of room etc. Only thing that i felt not upto the mark is their tax chargeable rate. They put 18% tax on food above on the menu rate list. Their menu rate are already high and they put 18% tax above on that. Also, their wifi doesn’t work in rooms which is also a major draw back these days.

Hotel is at very good location. Staff and services are good. Must try!

I really enjoyed my stay at the resort property is beautiful and huge. The lake view can be more perfect if the trees are smaller. U can spot fishes on arrival. Staff is cooperative and friendly. Food is good. Overall experience is excellent a must visit if your planning to visit bhimtal

Overall a nice experience, property is situated at one of the best location in bhimtal. The f&b services and team is very good and take good care. Rajendra negi especially was very helpful for my family. Housekeeping however is a area of immense improvement for the hotel, as the housekeeping services were not upto mark.

Usp is location of property, opp bhimtal lake and very quite lush green and serene, you feel very close to nature and rooms are also made of stones and woods, giving u camping like feel

Property is very luxurious and peaceful. Rooms were clean, very professional staff, food taste was also good. Overall had a wonderful experience staying there

The location, environment, structure, and food were worth the visit. A very peaceful and rustic-aesthetic space with a nice view of the lake is great as it provides you with the good warmth that you seek on a mountain stay.

Location excellent. But rest all is a big let down. Room was fine but extra bed was a mattress with a duvet without a cover. So we didnt use it and shared the bed. Breakfast was not tasty. Everything was made half-heartedly. Overall bad in value for money. Staff in reception was very good though. There seems to be a trained man power problem in the f & b service everywhere in uttaranchal. Totally avoidable trip to bhimtal. For us at least. Will surely avoid now. Crowded places with substandard food and very high prices.
