Mogal studio apartment

I was stay only 2 hours and book new hotel. Immediately checked with in 2 hours

There is no mo-gal studio apartment. The location is 4 km away where the actual location mentioned. And that to it is a remote location. After arguing with hotel manager they shifted us to another hotel down da village. This is one of the worst thing. No hot water and no fridge hygiene is worst the part. Bath rooms are not clean we wasted almost 1 day to solve problems.

Even they did not provide the water, soap and towels.

I traveled with 5 friends of mine the staff provides proper bed sheet and mattress for all the people. The owner is quite helpful. He arrange all the cabs and scooty for us. The only problem was with the water in the room. There use to no water in the morning but once we use to say the caretaker he use to on the motor. Also there is frequent power cuts, they can arrange the generator or investor. The from location is nice. It was a bit inside but the location is nice.

The property is not at all how it's depicted in photos. Had to face problems while locating it. Although the staff was good.

The room was dirty, there are no facilities from the host. The price was too high for its quality.

Won't recommend to elders as no lift for 3rd floor rooms.

The staff was unaware of our stay due to miscommunication between different managers. However they sorted things and provided better rooms.

Terrible place, full property is fake. Never recommend anyone, waste place.

It was good, clean and cheaper accommodation

Room was good 1 BHK, I had initially booked two rooms, but I had to cancel one room, as there were 3 to 4 rats in one as it was near kitchen. Also the room was on 4th floor, kindly verify once the room is allotted as if you have old members in your group its difficult for them to climb the stairs, lift was also out of service. The hotel owner was decent enough to refund back my money and thanks to the MMT staff for a consistent follow up and smooth-hassle free refund process. Overall I would rate it average due to following reasons: 1) Cleaning of room, changing of linen was done by housekeeping on alternate days. 2) Lift/elevator was not working, 3) walls were dirty. 4) Hall folding shutters had broken glass. 5) Matters below the bed-sheet was very dirty with dried vomiting stains on it. 6) The electricity used to go every now and then if heater and induction was on as the MCB was very old and used to trip very frequently. 7) Furniture was broken and AC was window as with not much power. 8) Balcony light was not working. Good points was: 1) that the hearer was very good with anytime hot water. 2) Car parking was safe and secure. 3) Location was very good right in market area. 4) Nearby shops were there to buy daily stuff.

I asked for towel not giving. TV is there but is not working. Room are not clean. Blanket not provided. Bedsheet was dirty.

No current, no hot water, no room service, no help desk waste hotel.

Location: 5/5. Banner: No board/banner. Locating hotel: Very difficult, as there is no banner and nor MMT has located it rightly. Cleanliness: 2/5. Staff cooperation: 3/5. Ambiance: 3/5. AC: 2/5. TV: 5/5. Hot water: No supply. WiFi: No connectivity. Shops nearby: Excellent. Restaurant nearby: In abundance. Wine shop/bar: awesome. Beach: 1 km away Calangute, 2 km Candolim and Baga. Overall only if they get their appliances repaired and get rooms cleaned, probably the best budget apartment you will get. Overall 3.5/5.

Good hotel but service was not good. Need to improve their room service.

It doesn't look how it is in the pictures, the roof is leaking, I visited this place with my friends I booked the hotel for 5 nights 6 days, I couldn't even stay there for 3 nights.

It wasn't a match at all as per MMT.

First thing the room which was shown kn make my trip and the room which Wd got were different, they ask us for 1000 security deposit which got cancelled after we complain to make my trip customer care but they took our original identity proof, the place gives negative vibes dont know why, tv was there but recharge was not done, geyser were not working, there was kit new but with no basic things, towels and bedsheets were dirty.
