Geyser was not working there, no dustbin, no towel, bathroom window was opened.

Terrible hotel 1 unhygienic 2 no cleanliness maintained 3 termites on the bad 4 the water supply from the water heater had current passing through 5 the water tape and sand’s flowing out. Worst hotel ever

There was no food available. Asked for lunch. They said can be made available. Ordered the food. After one hour i enquired. They told it will take another one hour. There was no one else other than me in the whole property.

It was a bad experience. The stay wasn't upto mark according to price. Geyser was leaking, complimentary breakfast is just terrible just puri sabzi. Only the rooms looks good, nice garden but everything was not in place. Exhaust wasn't working as well. It's not about discount. Wasn't expected from make my trip this type of stay. They took almost 7400- for 2 nights and everything was almost terrible only. I took it for my family for banaras stay and that also way far from ghat' n all as it looked good for my pleasure but the food wasn't upto the mark and facilities was almost nil.
