Very bad place with too much high cost

The cottages are so dusty. No water tap working, no tv and ac working. Mats were too dirty.

Rooms are spacious. Suggested for family of 4 adults as there are 2 big rooms one in each floor with big beds restaurants are within 3 kms range comfortable only if you have your own car arrangement. Food is made / arranged by the hotel people and is ok travel to mandalpatti was arranged by the hotel and the trip was great only issue was maintenance required for fan. Everything else was good

Room was average looking but spacious. Bed and linen were clean but the table looked dirty. Bathroom was clean and quite spacious. No food except tea/coffee. U need to do swiggy or let the caretakers know. Swiggy is better i believe. Caretakers are a bunch of kids who are helpful if they are around. The owner is quite affable and tries her best to help.

As we come all the from tamil nada to coorg, we spent two days here is a home away from home experience. The ambience is good. The location is good and little bit near to town. The bed is so good and we had a nice sleep. The toilet is big and clean. Our suggestion is they must provide complimentary breakfast. Overall the stay was pleasant and pleasing.

The room is very impressive and clean but the doorknobs of washroom was not working the garden is also well maintained but both the swings are broken the male care taker is very attentive but the female care taker was a little rude she asked for fine for the broken swing the swing is attached but is not fit for sitting

The location is nearby from the central Madikeri, making it a calm and relaxing location without much disturbance and also not very far off from the central place. The duplex is well maintained and clean, bathrooms adding jewel to the crown. The caretaker was very helpful. He also cooks food as per your request or arranges if required. Central location being easily accessible, usually the food can be taken while visiting places around.

Stay was excellent except food issue

Stay was excellent except lack of food facilities. Difficult go out in dark for dinner. Also people staying more days will get same breakfast as caretaker or cook does not know to prepare anything g except idle wada
