1. The hotel was unable to accommodate us even by 30mins for early check in. 2. There are only 2 plug points in the room. 3. No plug points for hair dryers near the mirrors which is a huge let down especially for the ladies 4. F&B was good and reasonably laid out buffet for breakfast and lunch. 5. F&B Manager and the team at Citrus are kind, polite and helpful. 6. Spa was good 👍 7. Pool was well maintained. No lifeguard/ No HK staff in sight. 8. HK around the pool was poor people had left behind diapers and it was not cleared.

Late checkin and the room was pathetic. They didnot cleaned properly. They gave the room keys at 12 pm where the actual checkin time was 10 am

hotel is overall ok however one day there was no electricity in the hotel for full day then as a courtesy hotel should inform us about the status.
