Location was perfect and the property was very good

The bungalow was good but it was not much clean and the services provided were not proper. We had to check-in late because the room was not vacated till then. The behaviour of the staff was great but the rooms were not clean initially. At night called for room service, so they cleaned the rooms. The location was perfect as it was situated at a position from where we could reach any beach within 20-30 minutes.

groupwe are not resided in the property which we have booked instead of that we were given a shitty hotel with no name and it has no service even for drinking water and cleanliness and hotel owner has told us to be his side and makemytrip will only refund us and not book any other hotel and this happens with us at 2 am in night. We can't do anything, this is a bullshit thing happen to me I won't book a trip from Mmt. MMT made it hell for me.

Both room are ac, 24X7 running cold and hot water, bike and car rental available.

No proper cleaning, finding out location will be a small problem. But not a big one. Villa is good, no WiFi, no swimming pool. Good for couple stays and group stays. Full privacy.

Calangute is only 10 min Drive form my VIlla

The rooms are comfortable, and the interior was good, everything was up to the mark. Only the oven was not there in the kitchen. Calangute was nearby the property. Rest all was good.

Location was good and next to the Beach. The property was clean and the security was ok. Facilities were good but their service was not up to the mark. Room was nice and spacious. Recommendable property. Overall stay was great.

Good stay, here most of beaches are near from here, everything is good, service provided and necessarily things are easily available and one more thing be aware from dog.
