Amenities The property is safe and secure, with round-the-clock security.

  The property is situated in a central and accessible location in South Kolkata. It is well connected to other parts of the city and provides easy access to transportation and stores. The society is safe, peaceful, and has a good neighborhood. The view from the property is mesmerizing and beautiful. The location is very good and convenient for singles or a nuclear family.

• Cleanliness

  The maintenance of the property needs improvement, especially in terms of cleanliness. The kitchen and bathroom need to be properly fumigated and cleaned. Maid service is not provided, which is less than fair for a week's stay. However, the society is quite green and clean, and the guards are friendly. The property is overall clean and well-maintained.

However, some amenities are missing, such as TV, WiFi, iron, and drinking water. One has to buy water for drinking, and the RO is not working. The flow of water is quite less, and the shower area's water is almost blocked. The provision store exists in the ground floor from where items of daily consumption can be procured.
