Worst ever property listed on mmt

The hotel is in a broken state. The property has not been cleaned in ages. They don't have cutlery. They took our keys for room cleaning and they kept the whole room open till midnight when we got back to the hotel to see an open room. We also lost some of our stuff from the room.

They waited me till night that they haven't received any confirmation from mmt, despite showing them a booking id and receipt from mmt, i called to mmt customer care still that was the same. Finally i told if there is no confirmation i will pay cash. Late night they said at 10pm that booking is confirmed.

Decent stay with scope for improvement

Firstly, this is not a full fledged hotel. It is more of a service apartment. Despite late night, the check in was smooth. Room and bathroom were clean. We were allotted a room with an interconnected door with an adjacent room. Though closed from both sides, the noise from other room didn't help. This would be a great option for group or family booking. There was no drinking water in the room. Managed with whatever i had as i didn't want to bother the elderly security who was doubling as care taker. ( there are no other staff in late night. The huge windows make the room airy. Unfortunately for me, it was a rainy night with continuous lightening and the curtain wouldn't close completely making it miserable to sleep. On the other side, there was this digital electric meter with bright light! hot water ( since solar, would be available only after 6/7am. The complimentary breakfast is not a buffet ( no inhouse restaurant) and it consisted of 2idlis and pongal. Taste is subjective ( some may like and some may not. Kitchenette had a functional fridge, induction stove. We did not use though. The ground floor parking has space for 4 cars. Request to the property owner 1) please consider relocating the electricity meter elsewhere 2) curtains big enough to cover the windows completely 3) drinking water

Check in and check out time not good

Check in and check out time is fixed that is not good. I needed 24 hours only from 6. 00pm to 5. 00pm only. But they demanded to vacate 11. 00am. Actually on that time i cant do that so i forced to vacate in the morning itself. Then i kept my bags in the reception area and i went to my programme. On 12 to 4. 00 actually i needed the room but i did not get it. I spent 2 hours in the reception. This 12pm to 11. 00am not good for persons come for official trip or any other programme. And i did not get any hot water for bath
