Location is inside in dal lake and not safety for stay. Further there is no sign board for showing the hotel. Moreover due to inside location and bad maintanece of dal lake we are not stayed in the property and identified other location

The location was nice. Property was clean and warm. Didn't have the hot water, although they claimed they had it. They want you eat at their property and do the boat trip with the people they know. The guy got mad when we didn't take the boat trip with his guy. Overall it was an okay experience.

First i faced some problem regarding my booking. But shortly it has been sovled. Boat house staff is very helpful. Rooms are neat and clean. Food is not available on boat. But he arranged the dinner from outside within time. View of dal lake from boat is ok. During chilly winter i got pleasant hot in room. It's avlaible in reasonable price. I recommend this boat house.

We faced little difficulties with food as we booked through make my trip, their booking partners are booking. Com it seems and they were like you did not called, finally they're agreed and served veg food. This was little awkward. The bathroom is so small, basin tap was very problematic and the water was either cold or little warm, morning there was no hot water and it was too cold. The people were so good.

Pathetic, too much distrubing sounds from out side and inside rooms

This house boat is very old and not maintained properly. Too much sound coming from out side of the boat and nearby rooms. The wooden bed and the floor was shaking. Staff was entering the room without any permission and no proper privacy.

People from new suzan are amazing and very helpful. Houseboat is maintained with all cleanliness and hygiene. Houseboat people really help alot with trip planning if asked to them. Great experience
